Simply stated, Buyer's Agency provides the buyer specific duties. They include fiduciary duties of loyalty, confidentiality, due diligence, and disclosure. You, the buyer, now have someone looking out for your best interest.
A Buyer benefits in several ways from representation. A Buyer Agent has no conflict of interest. - We will refer you to a Mortgage Loan Officer who will recommend financing terms and conditions in your best interest.
- We will discuss specific market conditions that affect price.
- We will negotiate the sale for you in your best interest.
- If you are buying a new home, we can complete an analysis of the neighborhood and builder evaluation.
- We will review all clauses in the agreement to purchase to make sure they are written in your best interest.
