A good time had by all that attended the Glen Arbor Winterfest.  Winner of the Chili cook-off was Dave Moffat. Moffat is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. There were 18 chili entries this year. Winners of the Non-Traditioanl Chili was First Place- Bear Paw Pizza  Second Place went to LaBecasse.  And then there was the Perch Contest. This years winner was Ken Fosmore with a 13 7/8 in Perch. Way to go guys!

Funds collected at the chili cook-off will provide a $1,000 scholarship to a Glen Lake graduate. With over 325 chili tasters ( a record turnout) and more funds, the Chamber of Commerce that hosted the affair hopes to benefit more than one student!  See you all next year. Practice those receipes!
