The Lake Ann Beach Project is looking to raise $93,000 more to meet the June 2009 Deadline.

The project will include public beach access to Lake Ann for picnicing, swimming, and public restrooms.

Matching grant funds by the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund were approved this month.

Anyone wanting to contribute could notify the Almira Citizens for Preservation, president George Daisy or

Visit the Lake Ann Grocery.
